Application Process Overview

  • Submission: Complete and submit the Exhibit Space Application form with all required information about your company and the products or services you wish to exhibit. Please ensure accuracy and completeness to facilitate a smooth review process.
  • Review: Our team will carefully review your application against our exhibitor criteria to ensure a diverse and dynamic show floor that serves the interests and needs of our visitors.
  • Decision: You will receive notification of our decision within 2 business days of your submission. Successful applicants will be provided with their assigned exhibit space number, booth cost, and further instructions on proceeding to the contract stage.
  • Confirmation & Contract: Upon approval, you’ll receive a confirmation letter and a detailed contract outlining terms, conditions, and final steps for securing your exhibit space. This will include a credit card authorization form for the payment of your booth space.
  • Welcome Kit: Upon signing your contract and confirming your participation with payment, you will receive an Exhibitor Welcome Kit. This includes a link to create your online listing; social media sharing kit; form for submitting your information for social media and blog features; training material on maximizing your ROI at the show; and more.

Booking Policies

  • MLM Representatives — To ensure exclusivity and a diverse showcase, all Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) representatives are required to book a minimum 10×10 booth space. With hundreds of applications from various MLMs each year, we strictly allow only ONE representative per MLM at our show. This policy is in place to provide a unique and exclusive experience for both our exhibitors and attendees.
  • Category Caps — We’re implementing a cap on common exhibit categories, including candles, soap, chocolate, permanent jewellery, photography, mortgage brokers, and similar products / services. This measure is to ensure a diverse and unique assortment of offerings at our show, enhancing the experience for both exhibitors and attendees.
  • Marketplace Jury Process — All exhibitors interested in booths in the Marketplace or Artisans Marketplace will undergo a jury process. Applicants are required to provide a detailed description of their company, products, website, social media handles, and product photos. This process ensures a high-quality, diverse, and engaging selection of exhibitors, aligning with our commitment to showcasing exceptional and unique talents.
